Jayden Russell is a queer, non-binary POC & self taught musical theatre performer based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex of Texas.

A late bloomer in the Theatre World, Jayden got their start in High School. After experiencing their first musical, South Pacific, at the age of seventeen, Jayden fell in love & never looked back. Due to growing up in a poverty struck house, the privilege of attending college for musical theatre was unattainable, so Jayden made do with what they had. In their adolescence, they learned to sing by listening to popular artists on the radio, gaining an immense amount of inspiration from vocalists like Alicia Keys, Amy Winehouse, & Christina Aguilera which birthed a very unique sound to their voice.

Since 2019, Jayden has appeared in various theaters around the Dallas- Fort Worth area -- most frequently sighted at Theatre Arlington in Arlington, Texas. Some of Jayden's favorite roles that have tackled thus far include Amneris in Aida, Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, & St. Jimmy in American Idiot.

When off stage, Jayden can be seen attending concerts, frequenting theme parks, going on spontaneous travel adventures, spending time with their grandma, or lounging in bed with their fiancée.
